We offer free shipping to all addresses within Japan, including remote islands and certain areas.Please note that this offer does not apply to repair and return shipping.
As for delivery outside Japan, we may have to charge applicable taxes or customs additionally, depending on the country to be delivered to, all of which you will have to settle upon receipt of the ordered products.
Products already in inventory are to be shipped out within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order in principle, while made-to-order products are to be shipped out within 60 days from the date of receipt of the order in principle, subject however to other elements such as the types of the products ordered and/or the timing of the order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, products shall be shipped out only after we have confirmed receipt of your payment in case you have chosen “bank transfer” as your payment method.
Please note that delivery outside Japan will require several weeks in addition to the above time frame.
For domestic deliveries, we accept both credit card and bank transfer payments. For international deliveries, credit card payments are the only accepted method.
To reduce our environmental impact, we do not include paper invoices with our shipments. You can view your order details in the confirmation email you will receive after purchasing. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
When paying by credit card, the payment is confirmed at the time of order, and the actual withdrawal date will be determined by your credit card company. For bank transfers, please complete the payment within 5 days of placing your order.
Your order will be finalized when you click the 'Confirm Order' button. After the order is finalized, we are unable to accept any cancellation requests from you, regardless of the payment method chosen. However, if you have selected bank transfer as your payment method and we do not receive your payment within 5 days of order confirmation, your order will be automatically cancelled.
We only accept returns for items that are different from your order or defective products. However, in such cases, the items must be unused. Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer preferences, so make sure to place your order with this in mind. Depending on your monitor settings or device, the actual color of the product may appear slightly different, and there may be individual differences in each product. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the product does not match your expectations after purchase. If you have any questions regarding color, size, or individual differences, please contact us through the CONTACT form before placing your order.
Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to our internet sales, as they are conducted as a form of mail-order service.
For returns of items that are different from your order or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item by clicking the "Order History" button and providing your "Order Number, Name, Product Code from the guarantee, and Reason for Return." Please note that we cannot accept any packages sent without prior notification.
If we deliver an item that is different from your order or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs via cash on delivery (COD). However, for regular repairs, the costs will be borne by the customer.
